Step 1: Send an email request to: sinfo@10daile.com

Step 2: Use subject: "Delete My Account"

Step 3: Include your registered phone number

Our team will process your request within 3–5 working days.

Data that will be deleted:

• User profile information
• Phone number
• Booking/service history
• Messages and activity data

Data retention:

Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes for up to 30 days after deletion.
