This application (“App”) is a digital platform that allows independent service providers (such as electricians, plumbers, and maintenance professionals) (“Service Providers”) to list their profiles and services. Consumers (“Consumers”) may browse, rate, and directly contact Service Providers.
The App acts solely as an intermediary directory and communication platform. The App owner and operator do NOT provide maintenance services, do NOT supervise Service Providers, and are NOT a party to any agreement or transaction between Consumers and Service Providers.
All Service Providers are independent contractors. Nothing in this App creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Consumers select and engage Service Providers at their own discretion and risk. The App does not guarantee service quality, pricing, availability, or outcomes.
All payments are handled directly between Consumers and Service Providers. The App does not process, collect, hold, or guarantee payments.
Ratings and reviews are user-generated content reflecting personal opinions. The App does not verify or endorse ratings or reviews.
The App owner may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion without liability.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App owner and operator shall not be liable for: - Acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of Service Providers or Consumers - Personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or disputes - Accuracy of listings, ratings, or communications
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App owner and operator from any claims arising from use of the App.
The App may collect profile data, contact details, ratings, and technical usage data.
Data is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App and enable communication.
The App does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only as required to operate the App or comply with law.
Reasonable safeguards are implemented; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This Agreement is between the user and the App owner only, not Apple Inc. Apple bears no responsibility for the App or services accessed through it.
This Agreement is between the user and the App owner only, not Google LLC. The App does not verify licenses, backgrounds, or qualifications of Service Providers unless explicitly stated.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
The courts of the State of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The App owner bears no civil, criminal, or commercial liability for services provided by Service Providers.
In case of discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail.
